A straight swap in the same position is usually a single day. Moving it to another room, or changing from a regular boiler to a combi, is normally two.
It depends on your hot water demand and how many bathrooms you have, not on the badge. A combi suits most houses; a system boiler makes more sense where two showers might run at once. You will get a straight recommendation with the reasoning.
Only if the system needs it. Old radiators full of sludge will foul a new boiler, and any decent installer will check rather than assume. If it is not needed you will not be sold one.
Manufacturer warranties depend on annual servicing, so a missed service can invalidate one. That is worth knowing before the first year is up.
